About the class

Dive into a tribal rhythm of swings, lifts, and presses, all powered by the mighty Kettlebell!

Our ‘TribeBell’ sessions are a full-body workout that will increase strength, mobility and are great for fat-burning!  Using one single piece of equipment, these sessions are a full-body, holistic practice, that will make you strong, build endurance, and even increase your mental focus.

If you are new to kettlebell training, don’t worry!  Our coaches provide expert instruction and will guide you every step of the way.  Try a TribeBell session and swing your way to a fitter you!
