About the class

Step into Tribal Pulse — where every movement is a stepping stone to a better you!  In this session, we work out using a range of equipment and your bodyweight to create a functional training session that is tailored just for you.‘Pulse’ sessions are a well-rounded blend of strength, cardio endurance, and core conditioning, and are suitable for all abilities.  

Your coach will guide you throughout the session, demonstrating the movements and giving you individual help and advice to make sure you are working out effectively and safely.Like all of our classes, groups are kept small so that you get the instruction and coaching you need to succeed!
